Locating pics of OLD Ripka on the Q-computer question

Hello Ladies! I have a question for the computer experts. MD where are you??? I have been purchasing Ripka since early 2001!!! I have saved just about all of my Q receipts, and as I have the time, have printed a picture of each item from the Q website. If you have ever had to go through belongings of a loved one and decide what to do with their possessions, you will know why I am doing this. Some of the very old items, I am still able to pull up a picture. But others.........I am unable to do so. Does anyone know the computer code to do this? I don't know why I am able to locate many old ones (not available for a long time), but not others. As an example.........I'm trying to locate J79650-carved jade ring and J93864- ginger quartz enhancer, and J79774-Amethyst cross enhancer.

I would be SO APPRECIATIVE if someone can provide the computer code (path)to locate items that I am unable to bring up. I have more that the items listed above.
