J329426 Stella & Dot Havana 3-in-1 Pendant Necklace

Does anyone own this necklace?  If so, how do you shorten the chain????  It appears that my necklace may have been incorrectly made since the glasps are on the same side.

Have you gone to the Stella&Dot website?  They often have video's that show how the piece can be changed to achieve different looks. You might be able to see if yours differs from the original if at all.  HTH!

You might also check for videos on you tube.  I got the Sutton 5 in 1 necklace and received it today.   Works  just like they showed.  My only concern is that it might tarnish quickly  because I had a bracelet from this brand that did  that.  Hope it doesn't as it is a beautiful necklace.
