I think I got sent a non-QVC cz ring

I have been anxiously waiting for J265131: the 100 facet eternity ring. The eternity ring I received looks nothing like J265131. The stones are big and definitely NOT 100 facet. This ring looks like it might be 3 ctw. My ring came in a very large diamonique box (bracelet size). I've scrutinized the pics of every diamonique eternity ring on this site and it looks nothing like any of them. It's hard to explain but the inside is not little holes all around like you see with J265131, but kind of like an open bar set all around with holes inside of the bars. It's marked 14k 14(I think) CZ on the very inside of the holes. Did I get a non QVC ring? Those marks are like nothing I've ever seen. I've had but no longer own 14k diamonique and don't recall ever seeing them stamped like that. I'm pretty upset and don't understand how this could have occurred.
