Hagit Gorali Problem

I have the Onyx and Cultured Pearl ring and I love it.....or loved it. It has fallen apart. I am right handed and wear it on my left so it has not caught on anything and it's well past the 30 day return period.....months past. Does anyone know who to contact? I looked on her website and may try there, but she really is in Israel and that might be costly to mail even if they could fix it. TIA!
