HSN Orders

Just wondering if anyone else is having a recent problem with HSN orders. I know a lot of people on this board have stopped ordering from HSN (and I'm starting to understand why). I ordered a Jay King necklace on 7/2 and I'm still waiting for it to ship (it's still in stock). I have called CS several times and emailed as well and gotten a different explanation from them each time but the bottom line is, no shipment. Of course, they billed it on the day I ordered it so I'm gonna end up getting the bill before the necklace at this point if they don't hurry up. Just curious if anyone else if having an issue. The holiday is long over - they shouldn't be experiencing such long delays in shipping. (And I won't even begin to talk about their new hybrid shipping system that now takes 7 days to get to my house.)
