Gossip Watch J152054 (Looks like Cartier Santos) - Anyone know how to change watch band

I purchased the Gossip J152054, the one that looks similar to a Cartier Santos, in Rose gold with the brown leather croco embossed band and love it but the band has begun to fade unevenly and I would like to change it but cannot figure out how - there is no exterior evidence of pins.

Has anyone successfully changed out the band on this watch? or rejuvenated the old one?
