ETERNA GOLD

I am very distraught after speaking with a customer service rep that my eterna gold necklas that I purchased in 2004 does NOT have a lifetime warranty. Eterna Gold has alway been guarranteed against dings dents etc. I only buy it for that reason. Has anyone else had problem with ETERNA GOld. If you have not had an issue then please do not buy it. You will end up spending money on junk instead of a investment.
