Bezel set clear stones in a dangle earring - I need to find something to go w/necklace

Hi everyone,

I'm not on the jewelry board much, but I recently got a long necklace that is sterling silver station necklace. The items on the 'station' part look like they are white topaz/clear round bezel-set pieces. I do not want to take any of them off the necklace to make earrings, but was hoping to find out if anybody had any ideas on where I might find something like this. There are also little, white pearls between the stations of bezels. Even if I have to buy those bezels and make my own, that is not a problem, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. They used to be seen frequently a few yrs ago. Maybe the necklace was dug out of the boxes at the store....but I do really like it.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
