I just received this ring today. I'm into photography , and on a vacation I took a great picture of a grasshopper and a butterfly. This ring was meant for me. However, it is really a large ring. I'm not sure I can pull it off. I love the art work and detail, but I just don't know about wearing it. I think it would be best wearing it on the first finger because you can see all the detail better. There is more 18k gold than I even thought. The grasshopper's head, collar & tail, the butterfies body are all 18k. On each side by the butterflies are two beautiful carved sterling silver leafs. I think this is a ring you will either love or hate. If that makes since. My grasshopper picture is just like this ring.
