I sold my gold jewelry but have a beautiful 2 tone watch so I tried this line with #J 299109 which was very light weight, good color but the lobster clasp wouldn't close and also stuck on the O ring it was connected with. J304409 ball earrings were packed well but so scratched that they are completely worthless! I'm waiting for the other 2 pieces to arrive so I can send them all back together.

About returns, the postmaster here in our town told us that the reason it takes forever for Q's label to work is that everything goes to Canada first {#emotions_dlg.mad} I'm in Arizona, does that make any sense???

QVC you must have "quality control" if you want to keep your customers!!!!!
