I realize you have to have items back by Jan. 31, but what are the dates between which they had to be purchased in order to be eligible?
I can't find it on their website and I have sat in a queue on the phone, getting nowhere, for 20 minutes.

It started in late September, but if you have items after 10/1, you should be good. I will be back with info.

had a source that said 9/28/2013 was starting date. Having problems cutting and pasting that.
He found it on 9/28/2014. And I can't link or post that. Sorry.

I wasn't able to post the whole source. As it had become available, they posted it on anther forum. It was 9/28/2013. If you have something 10/1 and later, you should be good.
