Was the engraving good quality?

I saw an I.D. bracelet I like, but want to be sure the engraving will look good since it cannot be returned,

I've never had engraving done at Ross-Simons, but I did have a couple of bracelets (purchased from them) sized.  I was pleased with the work, but this was several years ago, so things may have changed.  

I haven't been in a Ross-Simon store in many years.  I believe they still have their  suburban mall store in the Chicago area.  For a few years (late 90s/early 2000s), they brought some jewelry to QVC.

I would be ordering online.  There is no physical store in my area.

Called Customer Service this morning.  Ross-Simons does not provide samples for monogram orders.

I had it done with an order and it was perfect.  They stand behind everything.
