Anyone else experiencing delays with USPS shipments?

Just need to share my disappointment with a "shipping snafu." {#emotions_dlg.sad}

I am still waiting for my TSV Statement bracelet. It was shipped from QVC to New York on 8/14 with an EDD of 8/18. Customer Service advised me to wait 13 days from shipping date before asking for a replacement.

Anyone else experiencing slow USPS shipping?
