Where I live is all completely built and sold out. Most areas in Florida have plans exactly like ours, offering the same , or very close amenities. Our particular home was built by DR Horton builders , a national firm who seems to build modestly priced homes. I think where ever they build it's similar. We have been looking for a single family home in our area and we looked at some Horton plans, but did not like the locations. In my area they are currently building at a very large development called The Villages West. Thousands of homes being built there I understand, by many different builders in every conceivable price range.
