I don't like beiges and greys together -- one or the other with some color mixed in.

I love it except for the light fixture and that thing above the fireplace.

It's a little too vanilla for me.

It's a lovely room. I'm not wild about the wide striped chairs, but overall, a nicely done room.

I kind of have a thing about mixing grey with tans/browns. Not my favorite thing, and kind of stands out as odd to me.

 

But overall I like this setting.

I like it.

With one exception - the hanging light, just seems to be out of place for the look of the room I think.

For me, I would change the ceiling completely, as well as the shape & size of the fireplace and the mantle.  The more I look at it, I would definitely add more color.
