Product Review!! What Happened Lori G.

I did a product review recently on Lori Greiner's set of 3 magnetic eye glasses holders. H194732. Gave it top ratings because I love them. Did say how I forgot to remove it before I washed the shirt and it ended up burning a hole in my shirt due to the heat of the dryer. Still gave it top rating because it was my fault. Got a notice from qvc that they could not post my review because of something I might have said. What the.... I gave it top marks. Anyway I went to look up the item again to see if anyone else said anything and low and behold when I typed in the item number it said the item was no longer available. Has anyone seen this before. What happened here. I know this was the item featured on Shark tank. Anyone know anything about this??
