I have 2 bdrms that are 13' x 14'.
Most all carpeting comes in 12' widths.
I've learned the hard way that I have to pay for a 12' wide strip just to get that extra 1' wide strip I need.
My basement room was 36 x 25 in size, and I had to buy a LOT that wasn't needed, and of course the installer did everything he could to try to KEEP my extra. NO WAY did I let him.
My question here is: since these rooms are identical in size AND in shape, I'd think it would not mean buying the full 12' wide strip for the second room, right?
