Help! Luminara candle owners! ?????

Ladies,

I have the Luminara candlestick holder flameless candles, but no pillars. I'm really on the fence about these. I was wondering where you place your pillars so as during the day you don't see the plastic flame? They are gorgeous at night, but not so pretty during the day. I'm considering one in each size of the pillar and I know the price point is good for a Luminara candle, but still a lot of money for a candle that is only attractive at night.
