Too traditional but I love the idea of this room. I would just update some furnishings.

I love the look, but not for a bedroom.

 

All of those shelves and books collect dust and paper mites and are too difficult to keep clean. It is not healthy to sleep in a dusty paper mite filled bedroom.

 

Ask me how I know..been there done that, never again.
