Ordered the TSV recliner.  I got a phone call and went online and filled out my information.  Does the shipper contact you by phone or email to set up a definite appointment for delivery?   Has anyone received their TSV in Gray and how dark is it?

I received a recorded phone call informing me the name of the delivery company who would be scheduling delivery, next day received the call to schedule delivery apt, chair was delivered the next day right on time, chair was set up, all packaging removed in less than five minutes, so far so good..no complaints.. I got the brown color, just what I expected.

I got a phone call and they left a message on my phone.  I went on the website and filled out my information and noticed it was in transit.  Not sure if they will call back or if they will email.  I left both on the page I filled out.  Decided to have them deliver and leave the box on it just in case there is a problem so it could be sent back.  Thanks.
