Carpet Beatle Problem!

I've got a carpet beatle problem in my master bedroom. This morning, I woke up with a carpet beatle crawling on me!! I see them mostly in my bed, but they're not bedbugs and don't bite. Anyone have a safe way to get rid of these? Don't want to use pesticides!
