My Home Reflections candle H199509 arrived damaged. One leaf of the pineapple was chipped, and another leaf was completely broken off from the base and was missing from the package. Obviously, the candle was defective before it was even packaged and sent to me. Now I have to go through the whole return hassle and wait weeks for my credit. There is no replacement candle available since this item is waitlisted. I have read reviews of other Home Reflections candles saying they also received a damaged candle. Q needs to be more attentive to their quality control, especially with all this stuff coming in from China. I bought many more items from Q back 25 years ago when their quality was better. Just my opinion.
