CI new lamp candle trim melting

Just wanted to let you ladies know that I received the new CI scrolled lamp candle. When I opened it the sillver trim on the blue shade was sticky and pulled off stuck to the plastic wrapping. I'm returning as defective. Hope you all have better luck.
