I do not like exposed plumbing.

I like the tile.

Love it, except the sink.  I do not like exposed plumbing.  In addition, there's no storage capability under the sink or a nearby shelf.  I'd have to go across to the small dresser/cabinet.

Pretty, but not practical.

Overall a cool room, but the floor needs to go. Were it smaller it might work, but as it is there's a lot of it and it's busy, though the pattern has appeal. I'm also not loving the old sewing machine as a vanity.

That's my favorite part of the whole room!

Floor too busy for me. It appears there would not be enough light at night.I don't like the old sewing machine table for the sink because I don't like the exposed pipes underneath. Overall, interesting but not for me.

Great for what they had to work with. The floor is startling but brilliant!  From a design perspective it grounds and visually expands the space greatly. Without that element the walls would seem to be in your face

That diamond pattern is an old design trick to visually expand space

Cover the floor with your hand and see how much narrower the room seems.

In a way it is very retro and historic cool. In a way it is very cold and a bit eerie, like maybe an asylum rehabed into a current living space.

I think it's fantastic. I like all of it.
