WELL...so the "We Miss You" 20% off coupon MH sent me won't help much!
Wouldn't know @EdithEllenLily. I guess they don't miss me because I haven't gotten a coupon from them in ages and ages. There for a while it seemed like I was getting them all the time. I guess all those calls to CS put me on their, uh, list... Not to worry, they're also on mine...

@EdithEllenLily @stevieb @jaxs mom
Thanks Ladies for your nice comments of support!!! I am literally in love with this new bag. It is truly everything I wanted.
I learned it's important to take the time to read reviews and watch the presentation over and over combined with knowing exactly what you are looking for to make an informed decision and get the right bag.
It also helps to have experience buying bags online sight unseen. I find that I'm able to watch the videos and get a really good sense of the size and details of any item on QVC so I'm hardly disappointed. I think the key is to not just watch but to notice how the bag falls on the shoulder to see what is the strap drop, notice the length of the bag to get an idea for overall size.
For example, I was able to tell that even though it only had one strap, the opening of the bag fell low enough to allow me to easily get my hand in and reach for things. Granted two straps are better, but due to how this bag is designed it works for me.

@stevieb wrote:Anybody else like this coated cotton bag. It's nothing special and yet there's something about it. It also comes in grey and pink.
Not this one...it's giving me defective handbag flashbacks...
But it costs less and ships free... Still, even though there's something about it, it's not enough to make me buy it, and then too, it's MH and I don't do MH anymore.

@stevieb It has a very unique look. It probably looks better in person.
@NycVixen The same company (LAMB) offered pretty much the same satchel last summer in a white, black and orange pattern. I thought about buying it at the time and now wish I had. It was very unusual and would now be very seasonal. Plus, I love orange.
@stevieb That sounds really nice. Orange is nice for Fall. It's my mom's favorite color. I've grown to love it as I've fallen in love with Citrine lately and have bought a few items.

@NycVixen Love citrine... and for a more true orange stone, also love fire opal but only when it's done well.

I love color... all color, but I guess I am partial to green, of course, and to orange, which makes my inability to find the elusive perfect olive and burnt orange bags all the more a pain in the... neck. Almost every year you hear how olive is going to be an important neutral going into fall and winter and every year just try to find it.

@stevieb @NycVixen Barbara Bixby's madeira citrine it the prettiest orange citrine ever. Truly. Too bad you don't like flowers @stevieb. I reach for that piece so often!

@stevieb Oh, give em another whirl. My Minkoff wallet was perfect.
