Need Help with Tory Burch Crochet handbag

I have the Dylan handbag by Tory Burch.  This is my second summer season using it.  I need it cleaned.  The crochet  material is a little dirty, the lining is a cotton fabric.  I really need it freshened up!  Does anyone have a suggestion?  I would try cleaners, but it has gold hardware near tassel's, and the strap is non removable.

Thank you everyone!  I love this bag, and it was pricey, so naturally I want it for a few more summers

I don't know where you live.  Where I live, dry cleaners should be able to clean this purse.  The cleaner might have to do it by hand, instead of using the machines. It is a real nice purse.
