I'm gonna ahve to ask Ray if it will make him nervous if I watch.  I've woken up mid surgery (2x) and asked so, how's it going, rofl.  I have a need to watch.  I watched a finger surgery (my right index finger) once.

@Bird mama You are one tough cookie. I can't even watch when they take my blood

But last week when I had my blood, the girl was wonderful and I hardly felt it.

I do,however, always cry a little because of memories of past blood draws. But I tell them that I'm going to cry and it is OK.

Now next week for the MRI, they will be doing contrast so an IV. Yuck

There have been times, they have to bring in an ultra-sound to even find a vein.

Was reading about Sheryl Crow having this same type of tumor but hers was really bad and causing memory loss.

My MRI is set-up for next Thursday.

@Sister Golden Hair .. don't read anything on the Internet any longer.  There were times I read up on things and when I discussed them with my brother ... the anesthesiologist ... it turned out much of what I read was not true.   Just trust in your doctor and ask him any questions you might have.  

Also there were certain over the counter medications that supposedly were good for people with high blood pressure.   Luckily I checked with my cardiologist and he told me to positively stay away from them.  If I get sick I have to check with him and he will give me a prescription or tell me what to take.  He said it is okay for me to  take Coricidin.
