i'll be typing w/o caps and punctuation for a bit

had left shoulder surgery this am and will be in a sling ala louis dell olio for 4 weeks. rotator cuff had a hole in it size of nickel now has two stitches in it with two screws elsewhere i think md said this to me. have 4 holes in my shoulder and bone spur was removed which caused hole.

i will not be posting a lot, just lurking. thanks in advance for your good wishes everyone.
