you have a nice one...it is "elephant bush".  there is a variegated one as well if you are interested in adding to your collection.  easy to propagate as well.   Be sure not to overwater.  i've killed many a succulent by overwatering!

@NickNack  It is a succulent, but so is Jade.  Google pictures of succulents and maybe one will come up that looks like yours.

Sorry for the brief off topic... But is that a Method dish detergent or handwash bottle I spy on your sink?
