Purple Coneflowers

I have a couple Purple Coneflower plants that are lovely, however they are so full of blooms they're becoming top heavy. Are there any type of stakes or supports available that would remedy this without taking away from the beauty of them? Also, when I divide them, how deep do they need to be planted?
