I bought 4 climbing rose bushes from QVC about a month ago. One is doing really well, two more are coming along and have plenty of new buds and growth. The fourth plant I feel is a dud and is a goner.
When you want to exchange with Cottage Farms do they make you send the bad plant back? How do I go about contacting them for an exchange, thru QVC or thru their own website?
I'd appreciate any info you can give me. I've never bought plants or flowers online or from QVC and I'm not sure how to go about this. Hopefully someone here knows what I should do.
