I just purchased a home in Fresno, California. I've never seen many of the flowers which are in my gardens. One in particular I would like to know the name of. I tried searching for it online but didn't know where to start. If anyone recognizes this, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you ladies!  I think it is an Anemone. Perhaps Japanese variety.  It has a few babies coming up next to it, I may have to transplant.  I appreciate your help.

On the bay, I just love Gardenia's.  I was looking at them yesterday at the nursery.  Do you grow them?

@esmeraldagooch   I bought two Gardenia trees from Cottage Farms this Spring here, and they are doing wonderfully, so you may want to watch this coming Spring.Smiley Happy
