Kissing Lips Physcotria Elata - I googled 'swan wings orchid' and this is what appeared.  I believe this is your very pretty flower.

 

NO - this is not accurate.  I'm still searching and will be back.

 

Here it is:  habenaria radidia, white egret orchid.  You can buy this at plant delights .com.

I suspect someone is using photos of two different plants in the initial photograph as the images I've seen of the White Egret Flower do not show that bud formation. They show a more classic flower bud form similar to a rose bud with lots of white showing very early on.
