Does anyone have a pressure canner? I am looking for a budget friendly, fairly decent one.

The Presto 23 qt, on Amazon for 84 bucks, order the pressure regulator with it so you don't have to watch the dial gauge. If you plan on double stacking pint jars in it, then also order the extra rack so you can stack jars.

A pressure canner should be viewed as an investment. Presto and Mirro are top brands. I agree with buying the deep canner that allows you to process 7 quart jars and 14 pint jars. The deep canner even allows room for processing half gallon jars, altho I haven't seen this size jar for sale in quite awhile. You are looking at something that can save you money for safely processing your food, so I would expect to spend at least $100.

Thank you very much, JaxMom and RedTop. I figured I would have to spend around $100. I won't be cooking food in it, so the aluminum one is fine. I will go and look for the pressure gauge, hope it isn't too expensive! Thanks again.
