what does the SOHO collection mean

I was looking at new items by IM and they all say SOHO collection. Could someone tell me what that means.

Soho is an area in New York City.  More laid back with artists, etc. but still expensive when it comes to real estate and probably clothes.  My guess would be Soho Collection would be a more Bohemian look but sometimes these designers can come up with their own description of their collection.  Maybe ask Isaac on Facebook.

He describes it as chic, effortless, and with just a little bit of downtown edge. 

 

Really it's just a name he's chosen for a particular style/look.

Hi everyone, thank you for your replies.

My curiosity was peeked as I love the Anthro and Johny Was boho look (old hippie here).

The things were polyester and strange, and didn't seem "boho" at all. It seemed to me that it was just a way of giving a label to cheaper clothing.
