I'm not sure I understand the question.  Why does anyone color their hair? Why single out Renee?

Actually, unusual colored hair seems to be stylish these days.  Gray, blue, pink even.  I like the look on others, not sure I could carry it off.

Renee's hair has been bleached blonde for years.  When she was intriduced to the Q audience 20 years ago with Citiknits she was blonde.  Obviously she loves how it looks. I suppose Mr. Renee does too.

You know....It's just a look. I personally don't care for it, but it's her choice--and many people like that particular look. Everybody has to express themselves, right?
