These days ... probably 95%. There are a couple of local shops ... other than that it's all online.

Probably 99% in brick and mortar. I ordered maybe 4 items from catalogs last year, and had to send all back because of ill fit and poor quality. If I sent them back, do they count? I much prefer buying in person where I can see and feel what I'm buying, or not buying.

100%, can't walk too far (Neuropathy) and have no patience for b&m stores.

For me, Internet clothes shopping was less than 50%. And of things bought online, about half had to be returned.
The main reason was fit. Sizing and fit aren't consistent, even at my favorite stores, such as Talbot's. It varies on the same item from one season to the next, and even for identical items (different colors) in the same order!
When it comes to pants and jeans, fit is so critical that online shopping doesn't work for me. I can save time and frustration by trying them on in the store.

I probably buy about 85% online.
