Tried to order the D & Co side pocket pants & was told to call!

Why is this item A53351 not listed on-line anymore? These are supposed to be the most popular pants sold on QVC and when I go on-line it gives an 888 number to call to order. No color listings or anything. When I called the operator was shocked that I could not see size or color listings! This is not the way to sell your clothing QVC!
