Speaking of shipping

For those of you who do not use the Q return label and ship it back yourself. Do you get a refund reflective of your actual cost or the cost on the Q's shipping label? I am curious as I use the shipping label as it is easier for me. I am always chrged the Q shipping label cost. However I also have cut my buying down to 1/4 of what I used to buy which was a lot.

I am just curious on what you are credidted / or charged shipping yourself.
