Interesting story, Bernie.  Glad you got things straightened out.  I hate it when companies try to hook you into something you don't want.  I went for electronic billing for a couple of my credit cards since I read that you should not get bills in the mail because they might be stolen.  Long story short, now I end up printing out the bills -- wasting my paper/printer.  I think it is time to go back to the old days.  Good reminder.

LindaL - I wasn't mean to the young guy who answered the phone.  I did say that I've had an account with this bank since I was in the second grade and I didn't appreciate them overstepping.  Don't help me - if I want something I can ask for it (wink).

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise
