I watched the video clip for the Marc Fisher shooties A266089 and they are cute shoes but I doubt that even a 3 inch stilleto heel would be comfortable for very long as there didn't appear to be a lot of padding in the footbed including the forefoot..

Vionics they aren't though!

Vionics and Marc Fisher are entirely different. One is footwear to wear around casually and the other for times when you want/need more than casual. I would consider Marc Fisher's more shoes and vionics mostly sandals and very casual wear footwear so she said nothing that should be questioned. I have several brands of shoes that are my favorite lines.

I did notice some instability when she moved. Her foot & ankle wobbled. Those are signs of not being able to stabilize your stance or step in such high heels.

I do remember her favorites were Isaac's wedges which caused the miracle of curing her bad feet.

Yes; there was a miracle that cured Shawn's bad feet. I think it had to do with "funky Shawn" becoming "fashionista Shawn" when she needed to host PMS.
