Thanks very much Coupon Queen -- I think your comments were so correct (not just because I agree with them, but....) I'm content with my decision regarding the attorney. I also agree with your comments about companies. Experiences can vary greatly. In the past, I was a major supporter of my insurance company. And, I guess that is why I'm so very disappointed in them.

I sent a two-page letter to them explaining my disappointment, and I'm hoping someone will at least respond to my concerns.
