This one is kinda cool

@Bird mama: l like this one too, but l was wondering: Does the model have very broad shoulders, or does the top have shoulder pads??

@handygal2

Reminds me of a garment that's been hanging too long on a hanger.

I like ruffles. They give an otherwise plain piece a little something extra. I especially like the eggplant colored long sleeve shirt. I like a ruffle in a tonal and delicate way; like the cardigan in my Free People thread

Boney shoulders, lol.

There are many elements: wind, fire, water
But none quite like the element of surprise

That reminds me ... I have a black piece in that style, just a bit shorter.  I think I bought it at either Coldwater Creek or Chico's... must be about 10 years ago.  I don't wear it very often.

Adore the rust colored sweater....again, these fashion statements can look stunning on young, slim, trendy models.  As for the rest of us....wear what you like and be happy doing it...confidence and sense of self it more important than what others think of what you wear.  I am not a ruffle person, but I own a couple of Logo with subltle rufffles on the bottom and they are some of my favorite clothing.

I've never been much of a ruffle person.  I prefer beautiful tailoring, top stitched seams, a lot of seams, beautiful buttons, cording, or other details.

@ECBG

I thought you were an expert?

One detail doesn't necessarily preclude the other.....

Re: Ruffles, Ruffles, and More Ruffles!

I have a sweater from Anthropologie that has subtle ruffles going up each side of the sweater on the front.  I think it's very pretty but don't want anything else with ruffles.
