Return policy, what a dog door and Q have in common.....

Ladies:

This has been on my mind. I have seen it written on these forums that ladies wear an item or use an item such as luggage before deciding to return it. What do you think about this? I went to Home Depot to buy a Dog door and they were all taped up. The salesman said that is because people buy them for vacation time and then return them, and the dog door would be about 1/3 less in cost if people would stop doing that.

QVC cannot resell an used item. Do you think this is dishonest, unfair to the rest of us, or just tough toasties for QVC?
