Reduced Shipping On Second Item Purchases

I was just reading about a vendor in another area of purchases primarily for women who does not give shipping reductions for second item purchases. I bought two Dennis Basso jackets and two scarves the other day, and all but the first purchase shipped at half cost for shipping. Thank You Dennis!
