What do you think about QVC no longer printing the program guides? I understand this will save a lot of money, but I think it is penny-wise and pound-foolish. Will lose more viewers (purchasers) than the savings. Seems to me QVC is making many changes - most of them not so good.

QVC hardly ever sends me a paper guide, so I don't think I'll notice.

I've only gotten them when I've ordered something. Come in the package.

Eliminating the paper copies was one of the greatest moves QVC could do.

I really think that QVC cannot decide between being an online shopping store or a TV shopping channel. By removing the paper guide, this forces more people to go online and look at the schedule. Not everyone has a computer in the same room as their TV! Many want the paper guide in the TV watching room.

I haven't used the paper guide in years. I use the one on the website.

I will definitely miss the paper guide. They have sent me one for at least three years every month. I never get one in my packages, and I hate to have to go online as my computer is not in the room where I view TV. The paper guide was always on the couch where I could easily access it. JMHO!

I guess I'm one of the few that doesn't really care about a guide period. I do Q checks and if they are showing something I'm interested in, I stop. If not, I keep on flipping.

I just look at the DirecTV guide. In the morning, I look at shows for the day and set the ones I want to record and before I go to bed, I set all the overnight shows to record. There's more clearance on the overnight shows, then I fast forward through them while I'm having my morning coffee.

I've always liked having the paper schedule sent to the house. Always kept it with the tv schedule from my paper. It's a quick and easy way to check what's on or look up what might be on later in the week/month or certain days that might be of interest.
