Sporto makes some very nice vegan leather boots and they don't look fake either....soft and very comfy. Many are waterproof, too.

I bought of their water-proof boots last year.  We don't get much rain here so i haven't worn them. I wanted them just in case. They are really cute and the fit is great. Hopefully I'll get a chance to wear them this year!  LOL

Many designers are using alternatives like pineapple leather and apple leather.

My parents were married in Hawaii back in the 50's and my father's shirt was made of pineapple fibers.  It cost more than my mother's wedding dress!  I believe he still has it.

Re: Please more non leather and suede boots

You can find lots of high quality vegan leather boots from other retailers and the shopping channel in MN.   I have a friend who is vegan, she buys all of her boots and handbags from them.  Including a boot similar to the recent tsv.  Cost her $100 but she wanted that style in vegan friendly materials.
