Outlet mall?

I have three days to choose from to go to an outlet mall.Which day would be best for sales? I don't have trouble with crowds,just want to get some summer things at the best deal.fourth of July? The following Sunday,or Saturday the 20th? I wear the popular sizes. 7 or 7.5 shoe,medium top,size 4 bottom.6 in dresses.
