Ordering Online - OT

Did anyone have a problem ordering online yesterday?  I placed an order for a D&C jacket and was told I would receive confirmation when website cleared. Now it's no where in the system. First time I have ever had that problem.

QVC was having problems on the website yesterday with ordering. You should probably call CS to make sure that you don't have two orders for the same item.  It can be a nightmare or a disappointment until you know for sure.
