OK Q Fashionistas, here's a question for you?

I just got the Marc Bouwer leopard top (A217829). No tags in it at all but tissue inside the fold. Is it a return?

Besides that, do I like it? Yes, I do....I will say it must run big-ish. I got it in a small and I am an 8/10 on top. It's really nice. The shirring down the front does dictate that you wear a really good bra...no droopies....the shirring really will accentuate droopies...if you get my meaning.
